South Jakarta Dukcapil Received 770 Letters of Submission for Adminduk Documents

South Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Sub-department received hundreds letters of submission for population administration (Adminduk) documents submitted by flood victims.
They just need to write submission letter that includes their name, place and date of birth, and parent's name
South Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-department Head, Abdul Haris said, during door-to-door service since Saturday (1/4), his side has received 770 letters of submission.
Dukcapil Issues 1,364 Civil Documents for Flood Victims
"They just need to write submission letter that includes their name, place and date of birth, and parent's name. After submitting it, we will prepare the documents they needed," he explained, Wednesday (1/8).
Especially for flood victims, he added, they don't need to attach loss report from the police in order to simplify the submission process and it has been informed to every urban villages and sub-districts in South Jakarta.
"Importantly, the applicants should go to our service post in their urban village," he stated.
According to him, his priority is to issue ID card (KTP). Because it is required for issuing other population documents such as family card and birth certificate.
"Besides population documents, KTP is also required to apply for driving license (SIM) and vehicle registration certificate (STNK) that were lost due to flood," he added.
From total 770 documents, South Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-department received 324 letters of submission for KTP, 299 letters of submission for family card, 53 letters of submission for Children Identity Card (KIA), 93 letters of submission for birth certificate, and 1 letter of submission for making statement letter.
